Carol Perez: I have been instructing Communication classes for a number of years at San Jose State and other colleges around California. I have taught at quite a few community colleges, and currently am teaching at Sierra College and San Jose State during the current semester. My scholarly interests include Small Group Comm, Intercultural Comm, Interpersonal Comm, Argumentation and Debate, Media Studies and Public Speaking. I am currently instructing 2 classes at Sierra College, and 4 classes at SJSU, all of which are online classes. The classes I instruct are Comm 105P - Communication, Self and Society, Comm 141P - Small Group Communication, Comm 20 - Public Speaking, Comm 41 - Critical Decision Making, Comm 131P - New Media/You Media, Comm 115P - Communication and Conflict, and Comm 10 - Communication and Human Relationships. I am excited about this going to Beijing during the summer of 2013. It is my hope that this will ultimately be a wonderful experience for all.
